The Location 📍: This place is in a peaceful spot, just a short stroll away from a cool old church. Plus, you're close to museums too! Room Quality: Our deluxe room was super clean and looked like it had been recently spruced up. We had a nice view of the city from there.

the breakfast was very good and sensational with variety of delicious options. the personnel were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice and made us feel welcome.

Neat & decent size unit with balcony. Wonderful and fantastic location in Hanoi, just off the center of Hanoi, stores, the lake, restaurants, then Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and the train station. Also, in the Old quarters of Hanoi.

The place is newly decorated and spotless with a balcony.

The front desk staff was wonderful. It didn't matter what time of day or what crew was on duty they were all terrific. Proximity to the sights and sounds of all of the old quarter of the city was perfect.

The catering staff.... At breakfast in particular.... Seemed quite indifferent regarding assisting guests and replenishing empty food dishes at the buffet table.

We liked their manners and always felt welcome, staff very helpful and eager to help. Whatever we needed they always make the efforts to assist us, they are very accommodating. We definitively recommend this hotel. Location of the hotel is perfect for shopping, at the heart of the old city, and felt safe at all time.

Centrally located close to all the attractions and with plenty of food choices nearby.

We loved the rooms-we were upgraded to a suite. The furniture was gorgeous and the rooms spacious. The staff were lovely, really friendly. The location was good, in the Old Town but completely quiet once inside the front door.

The breakfast here offers a remarkable selection ranging from Asian noodles to Western dishes.

Staff woke us up at 6.30 in the morning and opened our room door without permission then couldn't explain why they were there - it was a bit scary. When we checked out, they claimed the amount on Booked.net excluded tax. Wouldn't stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and super helpful. the room is newly renovated and comes with a spacious balcony. - the hotel is located right in the heart of the city center. - the service provided by the venue is top-notch.

Very very good and excellent breakfast with cooked to order eggs, noodles and also Asian to Western and amazing customer service. Reasonably large and beautifully designed room and a safe, flat screen cable TV and a mini fridge bar inside. Centrally based in good area next to Hoan Kiem lake and a nice restaurant and very accommodating staff. Nearby New Gentry Beerhouse - great place to chill out.
